Hell Tracklist is final

Dear Friends, Dead or Alive,

after the first recording sessions with my new equipment everything is well. I have recorded 7 songs by now (means: basses, clean and distorted) and only vocals, synths are left before i head for the sound stuff. However, i have chosen the songs which will appear on the album with the working name HELL:

02) The Outsider
03) Blood
04) Hell
05) The Lake
06) Mondscheinsonate
07) Ritual
08) Of a king long dead
09) Brown Jenkin
10) The Messenger
11) The House at the water
12) Alice (Sisters of Mercy)

This release will have a total running time of roundabout 45 minutes. Stay tuned for further infos!

Catacombs Studio is complete now

Before a few days my PHONIC Firefly 808 has arrived- however this great fukking piece integrate suprisingly well into my mac enviroment. It’s a bit bigger than the Terratec desaster, but.. it works! I am now trying to record the first tunes with it. I think in a few days i will announce the name of all the songs which will appear at the new album. Till then…. have a nice hallows eve.

Taster for Hell

Bored from the delivery issues, I asked a friend what to do next. I thought about some website stuff, composing new stuff etc. but always had the feeling that the more important work is still undone. However, he recommended to install my old equipment again and record some demos with a sound i would like to have. Well, i have done this now this morning and recorded a taster for THE MESSENGER. Please download that song and tell me what you think about- either via mail, via the messageboards i linked on the right sound or here, as a comment. I will record a second taster maybe this weekend or next week, to keep the ball running and to develope my ideas.

Delivery again

I think i told you that i will recieve my new equipment soon. Well, unfortuneatly the manufacturer of the Phonic Firefly has delivery problems, which results in another delay- meanwhile people are speaking about the 30.12.2007. I really have bad luck with this band, i guess. However, while waiting for the card i have started composing again and i have enough ideas for creating the second CD. That’s not what i wanted, but the only thing i can do now.
Should tell you that Thomann agreed to wide up my money-back-time for the equpiment i cannot test without my soundcard. Thanks Thomann- even that company should have told me earlier about the problems. I just know that cause i phoned em.
