“The Doe Family” is a band of pupils playing at smaller rockfestivals and having fun at a few concerts in Berlin. Truth is, this band just exists cause of the brandnew novel of Boris Koch, freelancer writer of phantastic stories. This book is part of some kind of crime thriller books for teenager.
However, the book publisher Belitz ordered a website for this series of books. Boris asked me to write a song for the Doe Family, a free download for the youngster, and i did. This was quite difficult, cause it was a pure rocksong, in the manner of New Model Army and The Clash. Of course i couldn’t get the guitarsound these great bands have, but at the end i am very satisfied with this quite rocking piece of music.
